*Update* Working on a WIP that’s been floating around for an age, a leather cuff. Doing a tree-inspired design which should fit both of these challenges nicely… just need to finish it before the end of July!

Things To Do Before September

1. A drawing a day… my Art & design course starts in September & in my interview the tutor stressed how important simply drawing is & said that mine was weak (it is!) & that I needed to practise over the summer. One of Leigh-Ann’s draw-a-longs might come in pretty handy!
2. Make up some more earrings using up my current stash ready for sale.
3. Go to an art exhibition… perhaps the Joan Miro exhibition at The Tate Modern?
4. Get the bridal necklace for this beautiful lady ready for their September wedding!
5. Finally get a good camera!

1. Cameras… I think almost everyone in blogland has an addiction to these… (source www.facehunter.blogspot.com) 2. My owl money box (6″ tall, he fits a lot of change in him!) & owl stuff in general. Real owls are beautiful, owl images tend to be very cute… I have an owl diary, my owl money box, an owl candle holder.. you get the picture 🙂 3. stripes.. in particular stripey socks. I have many pairs! (www.weheartit.com) 4. Greys Anatomy… I can’t help it, I love it. So what if i cry all the way through?! 5. Tattoos… I have two. This one is gorgeous, but no, it isn’t mine! (www.weheartit.com) 6.Crumpets… for breakfast, with lots of butter. Mmmmm.. food Heaven. 7. Amelie… “I like to look for things no one else catches..” Amelie Poulain… such a beautiful & sweet movie. 8.Tea… I like a latte from time to time but a good cup of tea beats everything else hands down!See previous Favourite Things here x

1. I accidently ruined Mr J’s favourite shirt today by dying it splotchy blue. Oh dear.
2. Mr J tells me he loves me at least 20 times a day & I’m therefore the luckiest girl alive.
3. I never ever remove my toe nail varnish. I just paint new shades over the top.
4. I am a very lazzzzzzzzzzzzzy person.
5. I have been cutting my own fringe since I was 14.
6. I’m very bad at housework.
7. I am super organised at work & the total opposite at home.
8. I have webbed toes on one foot.
9. I like to have Egg Mayo & Cheese sandwiches.
10. I really really want a camera so that I can post my own pics on here!

All images found on Flickr… hope you’re all ahving a great weekend, mine is fairly exhausting so far, back to work & all the excitement that is The X Factor final… I’m not getting much of anything done!
I’m loving these orange shoes owned by the lucky bitsandbobbins the brightest shoes that I have are green. With frogs on 🙂
Isn’t the mannequin in the bird cage completely random? I like bird cages, I might have to get a pretty one one day (minus the bird!). Mannequins are slightly eerie although I do own a polystyrene mannequin head called Esmerelda. She wears my necklaces. And I’m loving the antlers on the table next to the bird cage. I want some! Found the pic here.

I instantly fell in love with baby doll in the dandelions… I have a doll like this, Daisy. She is gorgeous! Found pic here.
